Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Signature Confirmation will be required on expensive items.

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days from receipt of merchandise. 

All items must be in original factory packaging in resalable condition--exactly as you received them.

Please make the decision to keep or return your items before installing or using them.

Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. If we do not receive your package in the allotted time, package will be refused.  Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside of the box or the package will be refused.

Correspondence for returns and exchanges must be made by e-mail only for internal tracking.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be requested by e-mail and preauthorized by us through e-mail and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

Speed Supplies takes each order very seriously and works very efficiently to have your products delivered quickly and a low cost to you.  Our cancellation policy is designed to help keep the costs down for you and for other customers by reducing unnecessary manufacturer restocking expenses.  

Cancellations while an item is in process or refusal of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  In most cases, once you have submitted your order to us, it is immediately ordered from the manufacturer and cannot be cancelled without our incurring restocking costs from them.  If the order is able to be cancelled prior to processing by the distributor, there will not be a restocking fee.  Cancellations must be made in writing.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via buyer paid Ups or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.  

Send exchanges and returns with Return Authorization numbers clearly noted on the box to the address sent with your Return Authorization instructions.

Orders accepted via secure credit card payment.    

Most current model parts are available.  For older models, please note that not all parts in our diagrams or listings are still available from the manufacturer.   We are not a supplier of vintage or obsolete parts.   Partially available orders will be shipped (unless obviously pieces for an assembly) and cards not charged for the amount of unavailable items.  

Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices for motorcycle accessories or other items on the website does not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
